Pursuant to the terms of the agreement, Zenith Great Limited (ZG) physically settled certain put options under an equity collar transaction (Transaction) with UBS AG, London Branch (UBS) referencing 7,523,483 shares. ZG's delivery obligation under the Transaction was netted off against and discharged by termination of UBS's delivery obligation referencing 7,523,483 shares under a Credit Support Annex (See Box 24- 1503, Box 25 and Box 26).
