Supplementary information: On 16 January 2024, AsiaInfo Security Technologies Company Ltd (the "Purchaser"), which is ultimately controlled and beneficially owned as to ~47.87% by Tian Suning, entered into a share purchase agreement with Skipper Investment Limited (the "Seller"), pursuant to which Purchaser has conditionally agreed to purchase, and Seller has conditionally agreed to sell, 179,915,689 or 190,016,976 shares in AsiaInfo Technologies Limited, representing ~19.236% or ~20.316% of its issued share capital.
