Supplementary information: |
On 8 January 2024, Proper Glory Holding Inc. ("PG") declared a dividend in specie, distributing 94,170,000 shares of Geely Automobile Holdings Limited to its shareholder, Ji Li Industrial Co., Ltd. (“Ji Li”). Also, Zhejiang Geely Holding Group Co., Ltd. (“GH”) and Geely Group Limited ("GGL"), both controlled by Li Shu Fu, subscribed for 990,000 new PG shares, thus GH's interest in PG remained at 68%, while GGL's increased from 21.29% to 31.89% and Ji Li's decreased from 10.71% to 0.11%.
