On 29 December 2021, among the 987,000 award shares granted to Mr. Li Yasheng pursuant to the Share Award Plan adopted on 14 October 2020, 296,100 Shares have been vested. Due to miscomminication with the trustee,only287,100 shares of the Company were transferred to Mr. Li and the remaining 9,000 shares were sold by the trustee on the market at an average price of HKD 0.450/share to fulfil the tax payment obligation of Mr. Li for execise of his rights under the Share Award Plan.
