On 29 December 2021, among the 1,479,000 award shares granted to Mr. Ren Caiyin pursuant to the Share Award Plan adopted on 14 October 2020, 443,700 Shares have been vested. Due to miscommunication with the trustee, only 425,700 shares of the Company were transferred to Mr. Ren and the remaining 18,000 shares were sold by the trustee on the market at an average price of HKD 0.445/ share to fulfil the tax payment obligation of Mr. Ren for execise of his rights under the Share Award Plan.
