On 04/12/2023, the number of issued ordinary shares of Cosmopolitan International Holdings Limited ("Cosmopolitan") was increased to 894,620,508 shares as a result of the issue of 255,370,728 new ordinary shares pursuant to the Cosmo Bonus Issue (as defined in the Prospectus of Cosmopolitan dated 07/11/2023), and 276,000 ordinary shares (under Box 24 above) were allotted and issued pursuant to the Cosmo Bonus Issue.
