Supplementary information: Because of Everest Medicines Limited ("Company") has Issued of shares under share award scheme and the closing balance as of Oct 9, 2023 is 321,295,286 shares, which will dilute my share holding percentage in the Company, and Everest Management Holding Co., Ltd. has distributed 1,113,675 shares of Company to one of its shareholders directly, therefore FU Wei reduced its controlling shares percentage in the Company accordingly and no cash consideration involved in this process.
