Goldbond Group Holdings Limited ("Goldbond") entered into the Acquisition Agreement and Subscription Agreement with China Rongzhong Financial Holdings Company Limited ("China Rongzhong"). Pursuant to which (i) the Acquisition Completion will result in Goldbond acquiring an additional 46,052,632 new Shares; and (ii) The Subscription Completion will result in Goldbond acquiring additional 113,156,379 new Shares.
