Supplementary information: 根據袁謙、周宏峰、ZHOU PENGFEI及武漢才智投資管理合夥企業(有限合夥)(共同及各自為「一致行動人士」)於2018年6月30日訂立的一致行動人士協議及一致行動人士訂立的日期為2020年10月26日及2023年6月2日的一致行動人士補充協議，一致行動人士同意(i)就提呈武漢友芝友生物製藥股份有限公司所有股東大會及董事會表決的有關武漢友芝友生物製藥股份有限公司及其附屬公司日常管理及營運的議案達成共識，從而一致行動；及(ii)在無法達成共識時，各一致行動人士就議案作出的表決應與袁謙一致，或若袁謙缺席表決時，一致行動人士作出的表決應與在會議上投票的一致行動人士中股權比例最高的其中一名一致行動人士一致。因此，根據證券及期貨條例，各一致行動人士被視為於彼等各自擁有權益的所有股份中擁有權益。成都樸華凱智生物科技有限公司(「樸華凱智」)由袁謙透過其全資擁有的友芝友實業集團有限公司間接擁有50%，並由周宏峰(非執行董事及一致行動人士)擁有30%。根據證券及期貨條例，袁謙被視為於樸華凱智持有的1,342,600股股份中擁有權益，故一致行動人士之一的ZHOU PENGFEI也被視為擁有相同權益。
