有關方格5而言，「其他」指武漢友芝友生物製藥股份有限公司的非上市股份，包括內資股及非上市外資股。根據袁謙、周宏峰、ZHOU PENGFEI及武漢才智投資管理合夥企業(有限合夥)(「武漢才智」)(共同及各自為「一致行動人士」)於2018年6月30日訂立的一致行動人士協議及一致行動人士訂立的日期為2020年10月26日及2023年6月2日的一致行動人士補充協議，一致行動人士同意(i)就提呈武漢友芝友生物製藥股份有限公司所有股東大會及董事會表決的有關武漢友芝友生物製藥股份有限公司及其附屬公司日常管理及營運的議案達成共識，從而一致行動；及(ii)在無法達成共識時，各一致行動人士就議案作出的表決應與袁謙一致，或若袁謙缺席表決時，一致行動人士作出的表決應與在會議上投票的一致行動人士中股權比例最高的其中一名一致行動人士一致。因此，根據證券及期貨條例，各一致行動人士被視為於彼等各自擁有權益的所有股份中擁有權益。另武漢才智由南京匯友聚才企業管理合夥企業(有限合夥)(「匯友聚才」)(最大有限合夥人)擁有約50.76%，而匯友聚才由ZHOU PENGFEI擁有約49.95%合夥權益並作為普通合夥人負責管理。
