On 25 September 2023, the pledge of 10,700,000 A shares, which were made by Ms. Jiang Jinhua to certain lender other than a qualified lender as security for certain borrowings, was released. Mr. Ruan Hongliang is deemed to be intersted in the shares of the Company held by Ms. Jiang Jinhua, Ms. Ruan Zeyun and Mr. Zhao Xiaofei as a party to a concert party agreement dated 19 September 2016 entered into among them.
