Box 24:The number of shares in which Mr. Deng Hongjiu ("Mr.Deng") is interested has reduced due to the decrease of number of shares held by Chongqing Hezhong and Chongqing Heli. Mr. Deng was the sole general partner of each of Chongqing Heli and Chongqing Hezhong, the Employee Incentive Platforms. Therefore, Mr. Deng was deemed to be interested in the shares held by Chongqing Heli and Chongqing Hezhong under the Securities and Future Ordinance (Chapter 571 of the Laws of Hong Kong).
