On 25 Aug 2023, Energy Garden Limited repurchased 10.28% of its shares from Jet Lion Holdings Limited (“Jet Lion”), which is a controlled corporation of Mr. Lee Chong Man Jason ("Mr. Lee"). The consideration for such repurchase is the transfer of 193,620,000 shares of VPower Group International Holdings Ltd. (“Listco”) to Jet Lion. As a result, Mr. Lee’s interest in the shares of Listco (through Jet Lion) has been increased by 193,620,000 shares.
