AXIOMI CONSOLIDATION LTD ("Axiomi") agreed to transfer 2,120,000,000 ordinary shares in IRC Limited to AXIOMA CAPITAL FZE LLC ("Axioma") pursuant to a sale and purchase agreement dated 28 July 2023.
