On June 14, 2023, Chaoju Eye Care Holdings Limited (the "Company") granted, among others, 333,910 award shares to Mr. Zhang Bozhou, 83,470 award shares to Mr. Zhang Fengsheng, 80,640 award shares to Mr. Zhang Junfeng, 100,000 award shares to Ms. Zhang Xiaoli (all being parties to an agreement under section 317 (see Box 33)) and 83,470 award shares to Mr. He Yong (being Ms. Zhang Xiaoli's spouse) under the Company's share award scheme adopted on May 10, 2022.
