On 11 August 2023, the issuer announced that it would no longer proceed with the open offer for which the controlled corporation had provided an irrevocable undertaking to subscribe for up to 293,683,808 new offer shares, as such the controlled corporation no longer has an obligation to subscribe for such new offer shares.
