On 10 August 2023, 2,247,493 underlying shares in respect of the share options were granted by the Company to Mr. Wang Mingzhe under the share option scheme of the Company adopted on 5 June 2019. On the same date, 3,252,796 underlying shares were granted by the Company to Mr. Wang Mingzhe pursuant to the restricted share award scheme adopted by the Company on 11 June 2014 and subsequently amended on 2 June 2016 and 20 March 2019, respectively.
