Supplementary information: |
Concrete Win Limited ("Concrete Win") entered into a deed of gift with Guoqiang Public Welfare Foundation (Hong Kong) Limited (the "Foundation") on 29 July 2023 . Pursuant to the deed, Concrete Win shall donate 674,640,867 shares of the Company (the "Donation Shares") to the Foundation. Ms. YANG and Concrete Win act as the proxy of the Foundation for exercising the voting rights in respect of the Donation Shares at the discretion of Ms. YANG and Concrete Win.
