On 27 July 2023, 807,194, 1,136,656 and 1,091,426 restricted shares granted by the Company on 23 July 2020, 26 July 2021 and 27 July 2022 respectively pursuant to the restricted share award scheme (the "Scheme") adopted by the Company on 11 June 2014 (subsequently amended on 2 June 2016 and 20 March 2019) were vested to Mr. Wang Mingzhe while an aggregate of 465,736 restricted shares were treated as returned shares under the Scheme.
