Mr. Zhou Xin has irrevocably undertaken to procure the subscriptions for 478,336,198 rights shares and, as the underwriter, agreed to underwrite up to 1,620,535,237 rights shares. The percentage figures in Boxes 25 and 26 are calculated by reference to the current total number of issued shares of the Company (1,749,059,530 shares) and the enlarged number of shares of the Company after the rights issue (3,847,930,966 shares).
