江苏双良科技有限公司（“双良科技”）及江苏利创新能源有限公司（“江苏利创”）分别持有慧居科技股份有限公司（“公司”）的150,000,000股内资股及51,000,000股内资股，而缪双大先生、缪文彬先生、缪志强先生、缪舒涯女士、缪黑大先生、江荣方先生、马培林先生及马福林先生（统称为“个人股东”）均为双良科技及江苏利创全部已发行股本的合法实益拥有人。由于个人股东已决定通过双良科技及江苏利创持有股权以限制彼等对公司行使直接控制权的能力，故根据上市规则，双良科技、江苏利创和个人股东将各自被视为公司的一组控股股东，而个人股东将被视为通过双良科技及江苏利创间接共同持有一共201,000,000股内资股之权益。
