Supplementary information: |
NBTD, an indirect subsidiary of SIG which is acting in concert with Mr. Ren under the Takeovers Code, purchased 650,000 shares, leading to an increase in Mr. Ren's percentage of interest. After the event, Mr. Ren Jinsheng together with parties who are deemed to be persons acting in concert, collectively and indirectly hold 1,844,095,913 shares and is deemed to be interested in (i) 164,000 shares held by Wang Xi; and (ii) 328,000 shares underlying the RSUs granted to Wang Xi.
