120,000,000 new consideration shares was allotted and issued to Celestial Investment Group Limited (an indirect wholly-owned subsidiary of Celestial Asia Securities Holdings Limited) by CASH Financial Services Group Limited ("CFSG") at HK$0.425 per share on 30 May 2023 as partial settlement of the consideration in respect of the disposal of 51% interest in CASH Algo Finance Group International Limited.
