Supplementary information: |
All of the conditions for the proposal for the privatisation of the Company by the Power Heritage Group LImited by way of a scheme of arrangement under section 86 of the Companies Act and the proposed withdrawal of listing of the Company were fulfilled and the Scheme became effective on 19 May 2023. 3,228,553,000 ordinary share of the Company will be issued to Power Heritage Group Limited at cash consideration of HK$0.4 per share.
