Supplementary information: On 26 April 2023, the trustees of the Chang Yun Share Plan entered into a repurchase of beneficial interests agreement with certain participants (including Mr. Ma Xiangjie), pursuant to which the trustees have agreed to repurchase an aggregate of 34,790,622 units (representing approximately 12.13% of the beneficial interests) under the Chang Yun Share Plan (including 3,000,000 units held by Mr. Ma Xiangjie) from such participants.
