Supplementary information: |
On 26 April 2023, the trustees of the Chang Yun Share Plan entered into a repurchase of beneficial interests agreement with certain participants, pursuant to which the trustees have agreed to repurchase an aggregate of 34,790,622 units (representing approximately 12.13% of the beneficial interests) under the Chang Yun Share Plan from such participants. As a result, the percentage beneficial interests of Mr. Guo Lijun as a participant of the Chang Yun Share Plan has increased.
