Supplementary information: |
On 26 April 2023, the trustees of the Heroic Zone Share Plan of WH Group Limited entered into a repurchase of beneficial interests agreement with certain participants, pursuant to which the trustees have agreed to repurchase an aggregate of approximately 23.9535% of the beneficial interests under the Heroic Zone Share Plan from such participants. As a result, the percentage of beneficial interests of Xing Tong Limited as a participant of the Heroic Zone Share Plan has increased.
