Capitalised terms used herein shall have the same meanings as defined in the scheme document dated 12 Jan 2023 jointly issued by Media Asia Group Holdings Ltd, eSun Holdings Ltd and Perfect Sky Holdings Ltd. After the Scheme became effective and 964,465,368 Scheme Shares were cancelled, MAGHL's issued share capital was increased to its former amount by the allotment and issue of 964,465,368 MAGHL Shares to Perfect Sky Holdings Ltd (a controlled corporation of Dr. Lam) on 16 Mar 2023.
