Elite Bright Developments Limited, which is 100% owned by Dr. CK Lau, Dr. CW Lau and Mr. CM Lau in equal shares, as vendor, entered into a sale and purchase agreement with Mr. Sun Wei, as buyer, pursuant to which Elite Bright Developments Limited conditionally agreed to sell and Mr. Sun Wei conditionally agreed to purchase 192,000,000 shares of Ri Ying Holdings Limited.
