Supplementary information: |
On 20 January 2023, Trio Industrial Electronics Holding Ltd ("TIEH") acquired 25,000,000 shares ("Shares") of Trio Industrial Electronics Group Ltd from Mr. Lai Yiu Wah ("Mr. Lai") at the aggregate consideration of HK$5,480,000. TIEH was held as to 17.5% by Proactive Investment Inc., a company wholly-owned by Mr. Lai. Following the transaction, (a) Mr. Lai's personal interests in Shares reduced to zero; and (b) his deemed interest in Shares through controlled corporations increased to 75%.
