F Investments S.A. transferred 15,441,768 shares in Ferretti S.p.A. to KHEOPE SA (a company wholly-owned by Mr. Piero Ferrari) on 13 January 2023 as a result of F Investments S.A.'s corporate restructuring. In the meantime, Mr. Piero Ferrari transferred his 50% interest in F Investments S.A. to Air Capital S.A. and ceased to hold any interests in F Investments S.A. .
