In respect of Box 24, the number of shares bought (i.e. 20,000,000 shares) comprises (i) 10,000,000 shares bought and beneficially owned by Mr Yang Ming-Hsiang ("Mr Yang"); and (ii) 10,000,000 shares bought and beneficially owned by Ms Wei Hung-Li ("Ms Wei"). Both Mr Yang and Ms Wei are parties to a concert party agreement dated 22 August 2016 entered into by and among Mr Yang, Tai-Yi Investment Co.
