On 15 December 2022, Mr. Phua Swee Hoe ("Mr. Phua") and Ms. Ng Hong Kiew ("Mr. Ng") have agreed to transfer 879 shares and 121 shares, respectively, of Team One Global Limited ("Team One"), representing 100% of the total issued share capital of Team One, to Star Happy International Limited.
