Supplementary information: |
On 30 November 2022, Pacific Century Regional Developments Limited completed the distribution in specie of 123,325,653 Share Stapled Units of HKT ("SSUs"). As a result, Mr Li’s deemed interests in the SSUs held under discretionary trusts of which he is the founder decreased by an aggregate of 5,973,542 SSUs and his deemed interests held by his controlled corporations increased by an aggregate of 1,408,350 SSUs, resulting in a net decrease in Mr Li's (deemed) interests in SSUs of 4,565,192 SSUs.
