P.B. Asia Holdings Limited is owned as to 50% by Dr. CHAN Man Fung and 50% by Mr. PUI Wai Lun. On 21 November 2022, P.B. Asia Holdings Limited transferred 32,370,276 shares of the Company to Value Dynasty Limited and Value Dynasty Limited subsequently transfered the said shares to Bonus Eventus Securities Limited. Both Value Dynasty Limited and Bonus Eventus Securities Limited are indirectly owned as to 50% by Dr. CHAN Man Fung and 50% by Mr. PUI Wai Lun.
