On 9 November 2022, the controlling shareholder of Next Vision Management Limited ("Next Vision") entered into an equity transfer agreement whereby 24,000,000 shares of In Technical Productions Holdings Limited ("ITPH") held by Next Vision will be disposed of in exchange for 6% interest in 深圳市鑫杭信息科技有限公司(Shenzhen Xinhang Information Technology Company Limited) ("Shenzhen Xinhang"). Shenzhen Xinhang is the subsidiary of ITPH. On the same day, 24,000,000 shares are delivered.
