正如思摩爾國際控股有限公司（“本公司”）2021 年 11 月 12 日、2022年6月30日及2022年11月4日的公告中关于控股股東建議進行融資活動的披露, 於2022年11月4日，本公司獲控股股東EVE Battery知會，交換財產於二零二二年九月二十六日獲本公司派息5,904,070.5港幣，該事件屬於債券條款及條件列舉之若干事件，根據市場慣例交換財產需要作出進一步調整。因此，EVE Battery擬於特定信託戶口新增質押其所持有的538,202股股份，該新增質押此後將構成交換財產之一部分。完成本次新增質押後，交換財產將包含59,578,907股股份，佔本公告日本公司已發行股本約0.98%。
