On October 23, 2022 , as proposed by the remuneration committee of Joy Spreader Group Inc. ("the Company"), the board of the Company (including all independent non-executive directors) resolved that the Company would award an aggregate of 4,400,000 Shares (the “Awarded Shares”) to Ms. Qin Jiaxin. The grant of the Awarded Shares was completed on October 23, 2022. Ms. Qin held no ordinary shares of the Company before.
