Supplementary information: |
Pursuant to the sale and purchase agreement dated 4 September 2022 (the "SPA") in relation to the sale of 206,000,000 shares of Future Data Group Limited (the "Company") by LiquidTech Limited, completion will take place on 23 September 2022 or such other date as agreed by the parties to the SPA. As Mr. Phung, Mr. Suh, Mr. Lee and Mr. Park were parties acting in concert with each other, they are deemed to be interested in 55% interest in the share capital of the Company.
