YLJ YIHAI LTD ("YLJ YIHAI"), the underlying trust company, enterd into an equity collar transaction with Credit Suisse AG, Singapore Branch ("Credit Suisse") in respect of which YLJ YIHAI (i) entered into certain call and put options referencing 14,000,000 shares of Haidilao International Holding Ltd. ("Shares") (see Box 28-4105) and (ii) will deliver 14,000,000 Shares to Credit Suisse under a Credit Support Annex (see Box 28-4108).
