Pursuant to the irrevocable undertaking on 12 July 2022, Ms. Gao Yan, the spouse of Mr. Zhao Yihong, irrevocably and unconditionally undertook to Besunyen Holdings Company Limited (the "Company") that she will subscribe for 116,050 rights shares (or 166,050 rights shares, assuming the full exercise of the share options, as the case may be), which comprise the full acceptance of her provisional entitlement.
