Han Zhimei is the sole director and shareholder of Shanghai Zhizhen Technology Company Limited which is the general partner of Shanghai Zhixin Technology Partnership (Limited Partnership)("Zhixin"). Zhixin holds 100% equity interest in Zhirui Technology Holdings Limited ("Zhirui"), the employee incentive platform for the employees of the group.
