On 11/08/2021, Dr. Yu, Ms. Guo Meiling and Infinite Galaxy Health Limited ("Infinite"), among others, entered into a voting rights entrustment deed, pursuant to which Infinite, wholly owned by Ms. Guo, irrevocably entrusts Dr. Yu to exercise all voting rights associated with the shares it held including 22,000,000 shares, except that Ms. Guo retains all the economic rights of the shares. Shanghai Zhongfu is the general partner of Zhuhai Zhongwei.
