On 29 June 2022, GenScript Corporation sold 288,000 shares of the Company. Ms. Wang Ye was granted restricted shares underlying 300,000 shares of Genscript Biotech Corporation (the Company) that will vest in five annual installments equally on 31 May 2022 to 31 May 2026 and among these, restricted shares underlying 60,000 shares of the Company had been vested.
