On 13 May 2022, Major Success Group Limited (a company controlled by Mr. Lo Kai Bong) as purchaser entered into a sale and purchase agreement with Champion Trade Group Limited (a company controlled by Mr. Lo Kai Bong) as vendor pursuant to which Major Success Group Limited agreed, upon enforcement of security interests, to acquire the shares and convertible bonds of Suncity Group Holdings Limited, and in turn, the interest in the listed corporation.
