On the date of the relevant event, New Metro Inc. received a valid acceptance for 5,000 Shares under the mandatory unconditional cash offer. Lam Shing Tai holds 100% of the issued share capital of New Metro Inc. and is deemed to be interested in the 354,359,000 Shares which New Metro Inc. is interested.
