Supplementary information: |
On 11 April 2022, 17,040,000 new shares were issued pursuant to the share award plan adopted by the Company on 24 March 2014, as amended from time to time. As a result, the percentage of interest held by Mr. Li Jun (through Starlink Vibrant Holdings Ltd. and Golden Ocean Holdings Corp.) and the concert parties set out in Box 33 in the Company has decreased.
