Mr. Wong is one of the founders/settlors/discretionary beneficiaries under The WS Wong Family Trust. The Trust is interested in 237,796,722 shares in the Company, comprising (i) the 1,511,050 shares in the Company held by the Trust and (ii) the 236,285,672 shares in the Company attributable to Luk Fook (Control) Limited (“LFC”). The Trust indirectly controls over 1/3 of the voting power of LFC and is therefore deemed to be interested in the shares held by LFC in the Company.
