On 11 March 2022, Mars Development Limited and Megacore Development Limited (wholly-owned by Mr. Mai Zhaoping and Mr. Zhang Xueqin, whom are parties acting in concert with each other, respectively) and Premium Financial Limited ("PF"), among others, entered into a deed of release and termination, pursuant to which PF agreed to release, discharge and terminate, among others, share charges involving 9,316,010 ordinary shares of HNA Technology Investments Holdings Limited.
