Supplementary information: |
On 11 March 2022, InvesTech Holdings Ltd. (the "Company”) allotted and issued 33,000,000 new shares upon the completion of the placing under the placing agreement dated 22 November 2021. As a result, the shareholding of Chan Sek Keung Ringo in the Company was diluted (details are set out in the Company's announcement dated 22 November 2021, 13 January 2022, 27 January 2022 and 11 March 2022).
